Einschränkungen für ukrainische Staatsbürger müssen wir euch mit Bedauern mitteilen, dass alle ukrainischen Künstler, einschließlich 1914, ab heute das Land nicht mehr verlassen können, obwohl alle erforderlichen Unterlagen eingereicht wurden. Diese unerwartete Wendung macht es unmöglich, die Tour durchzuführen.
